Brand new. Approximately 12 1/8'' x 8 3/4''. Made in 2008. The scanner made the front and back designs mesh together. This file folder is not sturdy. It is made of lightweight plastic and doesn't hold its shape very well. As a result, it will be mailed with cardboard backing, which accounts for the higher shipping price.
