Brand new in plastic wrapping. I'm not sure how much tape there is, but the height of the tape is approximately 1 7/8'' (from top to bottom). There is about 3/16'' thick of tape (measuring from the edge of the inner cardboard tube to the outside of the tape. You are only receiving one roll of tape. The pictures depict the different sides.
